When will my order ship?

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders that contain one or multiple preorder products will ship as soon as all items have arrived by their listed availability date. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship from the USA to the following countries:

What shipping methods are offered?

We currently ship both domestically and worldwide using the United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer Standard, Expedited, and Economy options that you can view and select at checkout. What is the average ship time?

Our orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, and transit time can vary based on factors like the selected shipping service and delivery destination. Are your products officially licensed?

As collectors, we understand the worries surrounding the rising prevalence of fakes and off-brand items in the industry. Please rest assured that all of our items are official, branded products - many of which we directly import ourselves!

Are all items brand new/unused?

All items available for purchase are brand new, unused, and in their original packaging. In some cases, such as guaranteed-type blind boxes, the outer box has been opened, but the item inside remains sealed.

Where are you based?

Our store is based in Clarkston, Washington in the USA. All orders ship here from our warehouse in town.

What about returns and exchanges?

We want to make sure we're providing the best service by making things right! If your item arrives damaged, or you have an issue for any other reason, please contact us or email contact@momomarket.shop as soon as possible after your item has been delivered. How quick do you respond to emails and inquiries?
